Create a fictional story. Think through its plot, characters, dialogue, image and sound – from the first idea to the final cut.

Length: up to 10 minutes.

Tell a true story about a person, a place, an event or a topic that matters to you. Research, interview, shoot and edit responsibly to bring your chosen topic to light.

Length: up to 10 minutes.

Create a story using drawings, cut-outs, objects, puppets, plasticine, stop motion, 2D or 3D technology. You can combine animation with filmed footage, text and sound. What matters most is the story you tell.

Length: up to 5 minutes.

WEB MINI-SERIES

MUSIC VIDEO

PROMOTIONAL VIDEO

Create a web series of three connected episodes, linked by one ongoing story, a shared theme or the same characters. Each episode should make viewers want to keep watching.

3 episodes, each up to 90 seconds.

Create an original visual story for a piece of music of your choice. Combine image, rhythm, movement, performance and editing. Use your own music or music you are allowed to use.

Length: up to 4 minutes.

Create a promotional video for a real or invented brand, product, service or idea. Present its benefits creatively and get a clear key message across.

Length: up to 60 seconds.

SHORT SOCIAL MEDIA VIDEO

Create a work that does not fit any of the other formats. You can combine filming, animation, screen recording, photography, collage, text, music, sound and other creative techniques.

Length: up to 5 minutes.

This is the maximum length. A work can be shorter – choose the length that suits your idea and story.

Use images, music and sounds that you created yourself or are legally allowed to use. When filming other people, make sure you have their verbal or written consent.

Throughout the creative process, you can consult the “Neramioji klasė” coordinators, representatives and mentors.

GAMING CHALLENGE VIDEO

FREE-FORM AUDIOVISUAL WORK

Create a short video (Reels) for social media. You can choose a POV, a sitcom-style sketch, a meme, a creative challenge, a social media trend or come up with your own format. What matters most is telling your idea creatively.

Length: up to 90 seconds.

Use the world of a video game for your story: a challenge, a commentary, a review, a comic situation, a role-play story or a short film made in a game. Plain gameplay footage is not enough – an original idea, storytelling, voice and editing count.

Length: up to 5 minutes.

CREATING WITH AI

You can use artificial intelligence tools in any format you choose – for images, sound, animation or other parts of the work. What matters is keeping your own creative idea and stating, when you submit the work, where and how artificial intelligence was used.
